Our firm handles estate law from long term care planning and drafting documents (including drafting Powers of Attorney\, Last Wills and Testaments\, and Trusts)\, all the way through the probate process when a family member passes away. \nDennise Grayson leads our team\, helping our clients during their most difficult times and working closely with those who have lost a loved one to navigate probate\, long term care expenses\, and asset protection. Dennise Grayson is a native of Athens\, Georgia and earned her undergraduate degree from Jacksonville University where she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. Dennise worked in Washington\, D.C. and Los Angeles before she returned home and opened her practice in Oconee County to be near her elderly parents\, Faye and Norm Grayson. \nMs. Grayson is accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs to advise and apply for Aid and Attendance Pension benefits. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (“NAELA”) and served on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Chapter of NAELA; Georgia Options; and served as Secretary for the Athens Area Senior Resources Network.
